Let’s Create! Workshops – In Your Space!

Small gatherings: Number of participants is 4 to 6.  Ages 16 and up.

Larger groups: Max 12 participants. Not all workshops are available. Payment will be required in full. 

How to book.

1. Read Notes & Policies: 

• Full Payment of workshop fees are required no later than 7 days before your workshop. This is so I can purchase the required supplies.
• Refunds are not offered however I can offer an opportunity to reschedule.
• I do charge a milage fee if your location is over 30kms from Kanata, K2K 1X7. See chart below.
• Respiratory illnesses/COVID Policy: My requirement is that participants are following Ottawa Public Health Guidelines as I will be. Basically, if Host or myself is ill, workshop will be rescheduled. If a Participant, they can sell/gift their seat to another. Use a Mask when appropriate or please do if you want to!

• I bring all the art supplies for the workshop as well as table coverings and aprons. As well as a small table for me to demo on. Note: acrylics once dry are set in clothing. 

• Host is responsible for all snacks and beverages for the group and to provide the space for each participant to comfortably create.

2. Go to My  Workshop Booking Calendar

3. Pick a date and time.

4. Answer each question:

• Address
• Phone Number
• Chosen Workshop
• How many participants (excluding host)
• Choice of Payment Structure: Group (one invoice) or Special payment Link (each Participant pays individually)

I will send a confirmation email within 2 business days listing the details and Host workshop fee invoice. Host is required to pay their workshop fee to hold groups date of choice. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
