If something you’ve ordered from me online isn’t quite right, I am happy to offer refunds. Simply email me to notify me of the issue within 1 week of receiving the item, ship it back & send me the tracking number of the returned parcel within 10 days of initially receiving the package, and once I receive the return I will issue the refund, however, I cannot refund shipping fees.
Items purchased in studio or at a sale or exhibition are not eligible for refunds. I am happy to accept returns for exchange or studio credit within 14 days of purchase.
Sale Items and Custom orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your custom order I will be happy to work with you to come to a solution.
I also offer refunds on all merchandise damaged in the post, although I will do everything in my power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely.
If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
