Salvage Flower – The Makers Hub

A collage mixed media workshop that features a beautiful Salvaged Flower. This workshop invites you to think outside the box or rather inside the recycling box! Yes, they could be art supplies!
We will be creating on a 8×10 Canvas panel. And will be using a variety of items from Barbi’s stash. Things like; Acrylic skins (dried paint from palettes then peeled off), packaging from citrus, music sheets, clothing patterns and more.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own reuse finds and ephemera. ex. pattern tissue paper, pretty paper scraps, paper with text, ribbon scraps.
This workshop is being held in Winchester, ON at the fabulous Makers Hub. Located in a beautiful heritage building which is host to 50 local makers!
